Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms stated below.


1. Product Weight & Price Confirmation

All jewellery is made to order.
Due to the handcrafted process, the final weight may vary slightly.

The final payable amount is calculated based on the confirmed weight at checkout.
By completing payment, the customer accepts the final weight and price.


2. Metal Rate Lock

Gold and silver prices are calculated based on the rate applicable on the day of checkout.
Once payment is completed, the rate is locked and will not change even if market prices move later.


3. Making Charges & Wastage

The final price includes making charges, wastage, hallmarking, stone setting, and applicable taxes.
These charges are non-refundable once the order is placed.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • If the customer cancels or returns the order within 2 days, a full refund will be provided.

  • If the customer cancels after 2 days, a 10% deduction will be applied and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Once production has started, cancellation charges apply due to material and labour usage.


5. Order Not Fulfilled 

If an order is not fulfilled within 7 days, the customer will be informed.
In such a case, the customer is eligible for a full refund.


6. Delivery Timelines

  • Gold hallmarked jewellery: up to 30 days

  • Silver hallmarked jewellery: up to 45 days

Delays may occur due to hallmarking, custom manufacturing, or courier operations.


7. Shipping & Courier Charges

All courier and shipping charges are borne by the customer.
This includes charges for:

  • Initial delivery

  • Re-delivery

  • Exchanges or returns

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. Product Images & Handcrafted Variations

Product images on the website are for reference only.
Actual jewellery may vary slightly in colour, polish, stone placement, or finish due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted manufacturing.
Such variations are not considered defects.


9. Damaged or Missing Package

Any damaged, opened, or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
Claims without video proof will not be accepted.


10. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping charges will be paid by the customer.


11. Returns, Exchanges & Verification

Returned or exchanged jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with invoice.
All items will be inspected before approval.
If certificates or original packaging are missing, verification or recertification charges may apply.

Custom-made, engraved jewellery, and gold coins or bars are not eligible for return unless defective.


12. Secure Delivery & Identity

The person receiving the parcel must provide valid identification.
Delivery may be refused if identity does not match the order details.


13. Ownership & Payment

Ownership of the jewellery remains with the company until full payment is received.


14. Fraud & Chargebacks

Any false payment dispute, UPI chargeback, or card reversal after delivery will be treated as fraud and may result in legal action.


15. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to Indian jurisdiction.


16. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
