Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.
Cancellation and refund
Customers may cancel or request a return within 2 days of placing the order for a full refund.
If the cancellation or return request is made after 2 days, a 10% deduction will be applied and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Once the jewellery making process has started, the above deduction applies due to material, labour, and hallmarking costs.
Order not fulfilled
If an order is not fulfilled within 7 days of confirmation, the customer will be informed.
In such a case, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Eligibility for return or exchange
Returned or exchanged jewellery must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with invoice and certificates.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Items not eligible
Custom-made or engraved jewellery, gold coins, bars, and special order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
Exchange policy
Exchanges are allowed only after the returned product passes inspection.
Any price difference between the original and replacement product must be paid by the customer.
If the replacement product is of lower value, the balance will be refunded after applicable deductions.
Damaged or missing items
Any damaged, opened, or missing item must be reported with an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
Courier and shipping charges
All courier, delivery, and reshipping charges are paid by the customer, including for returns and exchanges.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and verified.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take a few working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
